Consensus | 2017-2018

Consensus is a comment on the political treatment of empirical evidence and scientific advice regarding action on climate change.

Made from cut-outs of various graphs of climate science data which is then crushed, Consensus embodies the current Australian political disregard for climate science and the broader social, ecological and economic issues with which it is entangled.

Some examples of sources used include data for global land and ocean temperatures, Co2 atmospheric levels, sea levels, Arctic & Antarctic sea and land ice mass etc.
